It’s pretty rough getting deployed to HI! LOL.

Hopefully, I’ll have some new parts to test on the Holole’a, soon. Working on a second ama, and already finished the iakos. Still need to make a new set of polas, and get a new trampoline. Got my hands on a Prindle 18 main, still looking for a mast… Hopefully, within a month or two, I will be able to piece together an OC-4 rocket ship! If everything works out, I’ll put up a new video…

my younger brother just got back from his 2-week deployment with the Air National Guard… he was sent to Hawaii of all places (poor guy)! he brought me some FRESH pineapple at work today, and it made me think of this video, so I had to visit and watch it (a couple times) again.

Thanks. The gopro’s work great. The Sunfish rig works really well, but I’d like a little more sail area for the lighter wind days. About 100-125 sq’ would be perfect…

that video was great! I love the idea to mount the camera up on the top of the mast – very original. it gives a great view of the 4-man canoe (very awesome, by the way – I like the addition of the Sunfish sail rig). those gopro cameras look sweet – do you like it?
