Kaile Goes to Flat Island

Here is another little video featuring Kaile. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, when she’s in a good mood, we paddle the Pueo. We usually paddle on Kaelepulu Canal, but when the weather is good, we go out in Kailua Bay. This was Tuesday, 3 Feb, and the weather was awesome. She paddled the canoe all the way to the end, then I carried it over to the beach and she climbed on back. We paddled out to “her island” and caught a couple waves enroute. Once there, we hiked to “her cave” and then paddled back. “Lucky we live Hawaii” because you just can’t beat the weather here. The music is Israel Kamakawiwa’ole, Somewhere Over the Rainbow / What a Wonderful World. Enjoy.
